Peers, professors, colleagues and community leaders can nominate medical residents for the H.E.R.O. award. The top 100 candidates will be posted on Medelita’s website where peers can vote for finalists. A judging panel will determine the final winner in April, who will receive $25,000 to help offset medical school debt.
The nomination deadline is March 28.
