Ebola tests come back negative for Calif. patient

A possible Ebola patient who was recently transferred to a hospital in the Los Angeles area tested negative for the virus, according to a report from The Tribune.

The person had recently returned to the U.S. from West Africa and was being monitored for Ebola symptoms as part of a program run by the Santa Barbara County Public Health Department.

The patient was discharged from the hospital Monday, according to The Tribune.
