Condition of NIH’s Ebola patient improves again

The American Ebola patient being treated at Bethesda, Md.-based National Institutes of Health Clinical Center is now in fair condition.

The patient was in serious condition late last week and was upgraded to fair condition March 30. The patient had previously been in critical condition.

The NIH did not release further details about the patient. The patient, a healthcare worker who was volunteering in Sierra Leone, has been at the NIH Clinical Center being treated since March 13.
