Here are five things to know:
1. The outbreak has sickened 90 people across 26 states, as of July 11.
2. Forty people required hospitalizations and no deaths have been reported.
3. Illnesses were reported between November 20, 2017, to June 29, 2018.
4. Investigators identified the salmonella strain responsible for the outbreak in multiple turkey products, including raw turkey pet food and live turkeys.
5. The CDC, FDA and public health officials are still investigating to identify a single, common supplier of the turkey products.
