Symposium attendees can learn critical elements of an ethical practice environment, how to implement “ethical watchfulness” into their daily work, and how to build ethical competencies and resilience.
“Ethics is a critical foundational component of nursing practice and guides all nurses as they deliver high-quality healthcare to individuals, families and communities,” said Pamela Cipriano, PhD, RN, the president of the ANA.
The 2015 ANA Ethics Symposium will be in Baltimore, June 4-5. Find more information here.
