During an investigation that ended Oct. 19, investigators found conditions that were “detrimental to the health, safety or welfare of the residents.” The specific details of the violations were not disclosed.
The facility’s operator, Louisville, Ky.-based Signature Healthcare, must pay two civil penalties of $7,500 for the violations.
The suspension will remain in place until the violations are corrected.
NCCRC has the right to fight the suspension before the Board for Licensing Health Care Facilities or an administrative judge, according to the Tennessee Department of Health.
