San Juan Capistrano, Calif.-based Ensign Group has acquired eight skilled nursing facilities in Utah and Alabama.
The acquisitions have added 428 SNF beds to the group, according to a Nov. 3 news release.
Here are the facilities:
- Stonehenge of American Fork (Utah): 90 beds
- Stonehenge of Cedar City (Utah): 50 beds
- Stonehenge of Ogden, 52 beds located in Washington Terrace, Utah
- Stonehenge of Orem (Utah): 34 beds
- Stonehenge of Richfield (Utah): 30 beds
- Stonehenge of South Jordan (Utah): 32 beds
- Stonehenge of Springville (Utah): 50 beds
- The Health Center of Eastview: 90beds in Birmingham, Ala.
The Utah facilities will all be operated by Ensign-affiliated operations, while the Alabama facility will be subject to a long-term, triple-net lease with a third-party landlord.
The spate of acquisitions brings Ensign’s portfolio to 369 healthcare operations across 17 states.
