Encompass Health, the largest owner and operator of inpatient rehabilitation hospitals in the nation, achieved growth upward of 10% in 2025.

1. The system saw an overall revenue increase of 10.5% in 2025.
2. In Q4, Encompass reported 9.9% growth in net operating revenue.
3. In 2025, the system added 517 inpatient rehabilitation beds across eight new hospitals and added 127 beds to existing hospitals.
4. Encompass is aiming to increase net operating revenue by $100 million in 2026.
