Cleveland, OH — October 1, 2025 — The MetroHealth System and DASCO Home Medical Equipment have entered into a new agreement designating DASCO as the preferred provider of durable medical equipment (DME) and related post-discharge services for MetroHealth patients across Northeast Ohio.
The partnership, effective October 1, 2025, aims to streamline the discharge process, improve the patient experience, and enhance continuity of care for patients transitioning from hospital to home.
Under the agreement, DASCO will work closely with MetroHealth’s clinical teams to ensure patients leaving the hospital receive essential home medical equipment such as oxygen therapy, PAP devices, and mobility aids quickly and reliably. DASCO will also offer 24/7 patient support, on-site staff, and tailored education to help patients and caregivers safely manage care at home.
“We’re excited to partner with a health system that shares our commitment to high-quality, patient-first service,” said Jason Seeley, CEO of DASCO. “Our teams are aligned in the mission to reduce readmissions, improve satisfaction, and eliminate the common roadblocks patients face when transitioning to home-based care.”
The partnership reflects both organizations’ commitment to integrated, value-based post-acute care.
For patients and families, the new collaboration means faster access, better service, and a single trusted partner to support their home medical equipment needs. A new local DASCO branch office will open on October 1, 2025, to serve MetroHealth patients at 8080 Snowville Road in Brecksville, Ohio.
