Network Health has instead contracted with Express Scripts to manage its employer and individual plans.

As a result, customers will lose access to CVS pharmacies by the end of the year.

Customers will be able to pick up medications at Walgreens, which partners with Express Scripts. Pharmacies in Costco, Sam’s Club, Meijer and Pick n’ Save stores also will remain in network.

“Network Health is letting members know about this upcoming transition five months ahead of time so that they can be supported by Network Health to transfer their prescriptions and care to best meet their needs,” Chuck Rynearson, Network Health vice president of health analytics, told the Green Bay Press Gazette
