Top 10 pharma companies by 2021 revenue

Pfizer nearly doubled its total revenue compared to 2020’s list of the top 10 drugmakers, according to Yahoo Finance data.

AbbVie jumped from No. 5 to No. 3 and AstraZeneca eked past GSK with a bump in profits. Here’s the top 10 list: 

1. Johnson & Johnson: $93.8 billion

2. Pfizer: $81.3 billion

3. Roche: $62.8 billion

4. AbbVie: $56.2 billion

5. Novartis: $52.9 billion

6. Merck: $48.7 billion

7. Bristol-Myers Squibb: $46.4 billion

8. Sanofi: $39.2 billion

9. AstraZeneca: $37.4 billion

10. GSK: $34.1 billion
