Sun Pharma recalls 5.2K units of testosterone injections in US

Sun Pharmaceutical Industries issued a recall of 5,215 units of testosterone cypionate injections in the U.S., according to the Economic Times.

The affected products are 10-millilter vials of testosterone injections with a strength of 200 milligrams/millileters. The recall, which is voluntary, was issued due to the presence of particulate matter in the vials.

The injections are used as a replacement therapy in males who are testosterone-deficient.
