The recall notice lists 20 affected products, including mitomycin, naloxone and sodium bicarbonate injections.
“Administration of a drug product intended to be sterile that is not sterile could result in serious infections that may be life-threatening,” the recall notice reads.
The affected products were compounded in Weeki Wachee, Fla., and distributed nationwide.
