The new business, MedVenta Health Solutions, is designed to partner with patients and providers to advance value-based care, Novant Health Enterprises said Oct. 30. One of its offerings is Mediful, a virtual medication management service that provides home deliveries and integrates clinical pharmacist practitioners into patient care teams.
MedVenta leaders include experts in infusion, specialty and retail pharmacy services at Novant Health, including Joe Maki, PharmD, the system’s vice president of pharmacy and, more recently, MedVenta’s president.
