Paterson, N.J.-based St. Joseph’s Health has named Susan Jacob, PharmD, system director of pharmacy, according to a LinkedIn post.
Dr. Jacob most recently served as assistant director of clinical pharmacy services at NYC Health + Hospitals from June 2024 through April 2026.
Before that, she spent 11 years at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital in several pharmacy leadership and operations roles, including pharmacy operations manager for its Columbia campus and clinical pharmacy manager.
