Matt Pond, PharmD, is joining Ann Arbor-based Michigan Medicine as associate chief pharmacy officer, pharmacy business operations.
Dr. Pond, who has worked as an executive coach for clinicians since July 2024, announced the new role in a July 20 LinkedIn post. He also founded Zonulae Healthcare Consulting, a healthcare advisory firm, in 2022.
Dr. Pond has served in pharmacy leadership positions at several health systems, including chief pharmacy officer and system vice president of Fountain Valley, Calif.-based MemorialCare from 2017 to 2018. Between 2018 and 2021, he was CPO and senior vice president of Scottsdale, Ariz.-based HonorHealth, according to his LinkedIn profile.
