The company said the changes were made to “support the company’s continued focus on innovation and strategic growth.”
- Alan Lotvin, MD, will become president of CVS Caremark. Dr. Lotvin is currently executive vice president of CVS Health.
- Jonathan Meyhew, most recently the senior vice president of Aetna Markets, will become executive vice president of transformation.
- Alec Cunningham, who joined CVS Health last year from Concerto Healthcare, will become executive vice president and COO of Aetna.
- Derica Rice, the current executive vice president and president of CVS Caremark, will leave the company after February.
