Amy Bricker, the former president of Express Scripts pharmacy benefits unit, will fill CVS Health’s new role of chief product officer — consumer, according to a Jan. 23 news release.
The appointments follow news of the retail pharmacy chain considering buying primary care business Oak Street Health after agreeing to pay about $8 billion to acquire Signify, a home health company. The Signify deal is expected to finalize in the first half of 2023.
