Some of the affected employees will be eligible to to continue their employment from home, while others will be eligible for severance. Employees will also have the option to apply for other open CVS Health positions.
“The company is making this difficult but necessary decision in order to better integrate and manage CVS Caremark’s call center operations,” CVS told the Nashville Business Journal.
