Amazon Pharmacy is expanding access to Novo Nordisk’s Ozempic pill with same-day delivery and in-office kiosk pickup.

The company said customers with an Ozempic pill prescription can view real-time medication availability, access transparent pricing and receive same-day prescription delivery nationwide with or without an Amazon Prime membership, according to a May 7 company news release. Pricing will start at $25 per month with insurance and $149 per month for cash-pay customers with manufacturer-sponsored savings offers automatically applied before checkout.

Amazon Pharmacy said the medication will be available through delivery in nearly 3,000 cities and towns, expanding to nearly 4,500 cities and towns by the end of 2026. The company also plans to offer pickup within minutes through licensed pharmacist-supported kiosks at select One Medical locations after medical appointments.

The expansion comes weeks after Amazon One Medical launched a GLP-1 weight management program that integrates primary care, pharmacy and virtual care services for patients using GLP-1 medications. Amazon said the program is designed to connect obesity treatment, medication access and follow-up care through a single platform.
