UPMC Health Plan opened a retail service and sales associate location at Monroeville (Pa.) Mall to assist policyholders with their insurance questions and basic healthcare needs.
The facility will offer wellness programming services, a youth area equipped with iPads, games and puzzles and private offices for consultation. Healthcare consumers looking for information about the marketplace or have questions regarding their insurance coverage can meet with sales associates during mall hours throughout the year.
This is UPMC Health Plan's fifth retail location in Allegheny County, Pa.
