Patricia Lewis will join UnitedHealth as its chief human resources officer. In that position, she will work in the office of the CEO, the insurer confirmed with the publication. Ms. Lewis will succeed D. Ellen Wilson, who is retiring.
Prior to joining UnitedHealth, Ms. Lewis was the chief human resources officer at Lockheed Martin Corp., a Maryland-based aerospace company. She also held human resources positions at IBM and DuPont.
