Trinity Health, Humana sign in-network agreement for 7 hospitals

Livonia, Mich.-based Trinity Health and Humana said Jan. 22 they reached a new agreement, which is currently in effect.

Under the agreement, Humana’s Medicare Advantage members gained in-network access to seven Trinity Health hospitals in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. The hospitals are:

Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital (Darby, Pa.)
Mercy Philadelphia Hospital
Nazareth Hospital (Philadelphia)
Saint Mary Medical Center (Langhorne, Pa.)
Our Lady of Lourdes Medical Center (Camden, N.J.)
Lourdes Medical Center of Burlington County (Willingboro, N.J.)
St. Francis Medical Center (Trenton, N.J.)

In addition, the agreement provides Humana Medicare Advantage members in-network access to more than 700 primary care and specialty physicians employed by the hospitals.

Trinity Health and Humana did not disclose the terms of their agreement.
