Under the contract, AmeriHealth Caritas members will gain in-network access to Nemours’ hospitals, physicians and other healthcare services.
AmeriHealth Caritas, along with Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield, won bids to manage Delaware’s Medicaid program in October 2017. The contracts took effect Jan. 1. The insurers cover approximately 200,000 Medicaid members in Delaware.
