Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Vermont is bringing in David Yoo as its chief information officer, the insurer announced Aug. 16.
Mr. Yoo is coming to Vermont from Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana, where he was vice president of digital and enterprise services.
"David's creative vision and energy will be a tremendous asset to Vermonters," said Don George, president and CEO of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Vermont. "It is a unique skillset to be person-focused while having a keen understanding of digital architecture."
