1. Ms. Kehaly will come to Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona from Anthem, where she is president of the west region.

2. She oversees Anthem’s affiliated Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield health plans in eight states as well as the company’s specialty business.

4. She replaces Richard L. Boals, who retired, ending a 45-year tenure with the company.
