  • Increased clear and consistently updated outreach to our members, customers, providers and employees via multiple communication channels including email, phone calls, texts and organic social media

Q: What is the most underrated trait of the best leaders?

MC: Today's best leaders have several important, but often underrated, traits, including strong communication skills, passion, authenticity, humility and emotional intelligence.
