Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Vermont appointed Victoria Hildebrand CIO, the health insurer said Jan. 9.
Three things to know:
1. Ms. Hildebrand joins BCBSVT from the U.S. Department of Transportation, where she served as CIO.
2. In 2018, Ms. Hildebrand received the FedScoop award, which recognizes tech leaders' advancements in local and national communities.
3. Before heading to Washington, D.C., she spent 30 years working at Hewlett-Packard, most recently as vice president for customer and partner advocacy.
