Through the “Blue Ticket to Health” campaign, Anthem contacted thousands of members ages three to 21 by letter inviting them to the program. Every member who receives an annual exam and returns the “Blue Ticket to Health” with a physician’s signature is entered into a drawing for Colts-related rewards like access to training camp and locker room tours.
