Good Samaritan Hospital (Cincinnati). Good Samaritan — a 650-bed hospital and part of Cincinnati-based TriHealth — ranks among U.S. News & World Report‘stop 50 hospitals for orthopedics, and was recognized by the publication as high performing in hip and knee replacement. Additionally, the hospital was named a Blue Distinction Center+ for Knee and Hip Replacement by the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association. Good Samaritan’s orthopedics department consists of a joint replacement center of excellence, rehabilitation center and an orthopedic and sports institute. The hospital is outfitted with private inpatient nursing units dedicated entirely to orthopedic surgery recovery. The units even have sofa beds for family members to stay overnight with recovering patients.
