To qualify for the award, hospitals had to have been a client of HealthStream in 2013, score in the 75th percentile or higher for medical staff satisfaction and conduct a minimum of 50 physician surveys. Tyler ContinueCARE had the highest medical staff satisfaction ratings among all of HealthStream’s clients.
Tyler ContinueCARE Hospital, a long-term acute-care hospital and part of Plano, Texas-based Community Hospital Corp., will be recognized during an award dinner at HealthStream’s Leading Innovation Patient Experience conference in September.
