MD Buyline calling for supply chain ‘horror stories’

Dallas-based MD Buyline is launching a contest for healthcare supply chain purchasing and negotiation horror stories. In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, MD Buyline will make a donation to the breast cancer foundation of each winner’s choice.

MD Buyline seeks entries explaining a purchasing decision, negotiation or equipment implementation. Any hospital or vendor identifying information will be kept anonymous. MD Buyline will post select stories on a blog and announce the winners from Oct. 29 to Oct. 31.

Additionally, MD Buyline will offer best practices or hospitals to handle similar circumstances as described in the stories.

All entries are due Oct. 28.
