“We expanded our CHC ContinueCARE leadership team to better serve community hospitals and healthcare providers, and the community’s need for highly specialized care,” Michael Williams, CHC’s president and CEO, said in a news release.
Kliff Rodgers recently became vice president and CFO of post-acute care services on the CHC ContinueCARE team. In this role, he is responsible for financial leadership and strategy including the financing structure of CHC’s long-term acute care hospitals. He has more than 30 years of executive leadership experience for healthcare organizations.
“We are working more with hospitals interested in improving their post-acute care strategy at a time when patient populations are aging and are generally more likely to need longer to recover from illnesses,” Leslie Boney, senior vice president of post-acute services for CHC, said in the release. “Post-acute care programs extend the continuum of care, enabling patients to receive the right level of care in the right place.”
