Man arrested for threatening California medical center employee with fake gun

A 38-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of felony criminal threats and brandishing a replica firearm after allegedly threatening an employee at Palm Springs (Calif.) Family Care Center, according to the Palm Desert Patch.

Police officials arrested 38-year-old Lizandro Colindres after he allegedly threatened a Palm Springs employee with a fake gun.

According to police reports, another employee contacted the police and provided a description of Mr. Colindres and his vehicle.

Mr. Colindres’ car was pulled over by a Palm Springs police detective later the same day and the suspect was taken into custody.
