Unionized service workers at Washington (Pa.) Hospital have approved a labor deal that includes a pay boost, according to the Observer-Reporter.
The three-year contract covers about 350 employees represented by the Service Employees International Union Healthcare Pennsylvania.
It reportedly includes 5 percent raises over the life of the deal. It also maintains overtime and holiday pay, allows employees to accrue more vacation faster, doubles tuition reimbursement and covers employees through a home host health insurance plan.
The deal expires in January 2022.
