United Public Workers members are set to strike Feb. 22 at three Maui Health hospitals in Hawaii.

Residents and fellow physicians at Loma Linda (Calif.) University Health filed to form a union to demand that administrators do more to improve patient care and better support physicians working at the system's six hospitals.
