Deborah Block, vice president of nursing operations at ORMC, said the goal is to bring the full-time nursing staff up to the optimum level, according to the article. She noted the hospital has lost 20 registered nurses since last August. The nurses left for various reasons, including retirement and other job opportunities.

According to the report, the hospital is looking for full-time registered nursing positions, as well as for some nurses on a part-time basis.
