The Chamber announced the top 100 companies in February and they were recognized at an awards dinner last month, where the rankings were unveiled.
This marks the fourth consecutive time Mainstreet has been named to the list and the first time Mainstreet has been named No. 1. The other companies taking top honors include Microsoft (major companies category), Katz, Sapper & Miller, LLP (large companies category) and Luther Consulting, LLC (small companies category).
The Best Places to Work program recognizes Indiana organizations that have a strong workplace environment. These organizations were determined by employer reports and comprehensive employee surveys
