Despite the paltry job gains in the healthcare industry, it is “too soon” to say this is the start of the anticipated healthcare hiring slowdown, according to the brief. “It is not unusual to see three months in a row of below average healthcare job growth, followed by a rebound — we saw this as recently as a year ago,” the brief authors noted.
