Ann Arbor, MI (April 19, 2016) — Chi Solutions, Inc. (Chi), an Accumen company, announced today that executives Dr. Kathy Murphy and Jeffrey H. Myers will serve as faculty at the 21st Executive War College Conference on Laboratory & Pathology Management April 25th-26th at the Sheraton Hotel in New Orleans, Louisiana.
In a fifty-minute session scheduled for Tuesday, April 26th at 8:00 a.m., Dr. Murphy and Mr. Myers will demonstrate the impact of potential pricing models on reimbursement for hospital laboratories as CMS applies pricing rules to specific tests as a result of the Protecting Access to Medicare Act (PAMA). The presentation will include a comprehensive look at strategies that may be implemented proactively, including engagement of the hospital and health system c-suite to protect laboratory outreach revenues.
