West Virginia’s Logan Regional Medical Center Names New CEO

LifePoint Hospitals’ Logan (W.Va.) Regional Medical Center has named John Walker as its new CEO, effective June 1, according to a news release by the hospital.

Mr. Walker currently serves as CEO of Western Plains Medical Complex, a 99-bed facility in Dodge City, Kansas which is also affiliated with LifePoint.

Prior to joining LifePoint, Mr. Walker served as CEO of Doctors Hospital of Jefferson, a 138-bed facility in Metairie, La. He has also been CEO of Riverside Medical Center, a 60-bed hospital in Franklinton, La., and executive director of Enid (Okla.) Regional Hospital, a 109-bed facility.
