Under the affiliation agreement, CRMC’s stroke program will be supported by UC Irvine Health’s Joint Commission-certified comprehensive stroke center. In addition, the two organizations will work together to bring the resources of UC Irvine Health’s National Cancer Institute to the residents of Corona.

“The affiliation with UC Irvine Health complements our strengths, brings residents a variety of clinical services normally available only from an academic medical center and allows local patients to be treated closer to home,” said Mark Uffer, CEO and managing director of CRMC.
