Through the affiliations, CVS will provide the health systems’ patients with access to clinical support, medication counseling, chronic disease monitoring and wellness programs at CVS stores and MinuteClinic — CVS’ retail medical clinic.
CVS and the health systems will also integrate their EHR systems to enable CVS to provide patients’ prescription and visit information to the health systems.
