The deal builds off ThedaCare’s affiliation with Berlin, Wis.-based Community Health Network, announced in January. Wild Rose Community is a partner organization within CHN.
Similar to the CHN transaction, ThedaCare will install its Epic electronic health record system in Wild Rose Community and its four physician clinics. In addition, ThedaCare and the hospital will work together to reduce duplicative care, streamline care access to patients, collaborate on quality improvement projects and adopt ThedaCare’s “no layoff” philosophy.
