Under the terms of the definitive agreement, CHI becomes the sole sponsor of SFH.
Integrating with CHI will allow SFH to build on its strengths, better support the expanding healthcare needs of its local communities and sustain its mission and core values.
Jim Pope, CEO of SFH, expressed optimism regarding the future of the sponsorship.

communities we serve and we will continue to thrive in this new era of healthcare,” he said.
SFH is comprised of Toledo, Ohio-based Franciscan Living Communities, St. Joseph Health System in Bryan,Texas, Trinity Hospital Twin Cities in Dennison, Ohio, and the Trinity Health System Region joint venture in Eastern Ohio near the West Virginia border.
