As part of the agreement, Saint Francis will acquire Eastar’s east campus. The health system’s physician clinics will also be incorporated into the Tulsa-based Warren Clinic, the employed physician arm of Saint Francis.
The transaction is subject to regulatory approval. The financial terms were not disclosed.

This pending acquisition is consistent with Saint Francis’ five-year strategic plan…which identifies an increased focus on regionalization as one of the system’s key organizing principles,” said Jake Henry, president and CEO of Saint Francis.
