Rush, an academic health system, now includes Rush University Medical Center, Rush-Copley Medical Center, Rush Oak Park (Ill.) Hospital and their respective subsidiaries. A new 13-member board of trustees, led by Rush University Medical Center Chairman William Goodyear, will oversee Rush’s vision and strategy.
Michael Dandorph, president of Rush University Medical Center, will serve as Rush’s president. Larry Goodman, MD, CEO of Rush University Medical Center, will service as Rush’s CEO. Barry Finn, president and CEO of Rush-Copley Medical Center, will serve as one of Rush’s executive officers.
Rush University Medical Center, Rush-Copley Medical Center and Rush Oak Park Hospital will keep their respective leadership, hospital board and organizational structure.
