Alabama’s South Baldwin Regional Medical Center CEO Rich McAuliffe Passes Away

South Baldwin Regional Medical Center in Foley, Ala., has announced the passing of CEO Rich McAuliffe after a battle with cancer.

Mr. McAuliffe first joined South Baldwin Regional Medical Center in Jan. 2004 as assistant CEO and CEO of the hospital. He left that post in July 2007 to serve as vice president of special projects under parent company Community Health Systems. Mr. McAuliffe re-joined South Baldwin Regional Medical Center as CEO in July 2010.
