The Dec. 12 sale is the second of BidMed’s two-part sale to liquidate the former 138-bed hospital’s assets. The first part of the sale included a sealed auction bid. Interested parties were to submit bids by 2 p.m. Dec. 8.

The hospital closed Nov. 30 after operating for more than 150 years.
