Under the proposed transaction, Paramount Health will assume ownership of Health Resources. Health Resources will maintain all current employees and continue to operate from its Evansville headquarters.
The deal is subject to regulatory approval, which Paramount Health officials estimate will take approximately 60 days to 90 days to complete.
Health Resources comprises nearly 2,700 directly-contracted dentists across Indiana and Kentucky, and an additional 95,000 dentists, nationally, through various leased network arrangements.
